Experiential Meditation

Founded on pillars of mindfulness and meditation, Experiential Meditation classes take participants on a journey through the depths of self-awareness and humanistic connection. Guided meditations are paired with fun and mind-opening exercises in which participants will learn skills to reduce stress, sharpen the mind, and enjoy a stronger connection with the people and experiences around them. Many of these exercises are rooted in an exploration of interpersonal dynamics, and a willingness to open up to deeper levels of human connection is essential.

Whether you are well-acquainted with meditation or just want to try it out, there is endless opportunity in this class for growth, grounding, and expansion of self-awareness.
